Break ups can be devastating, there is no disputing that. When you feel like your heart has been torn out of your chest and you can't seem to get that feeling out of your being, it can be hard just to even get through the day. While it may seem almost like the end of the world when you are dealing with an ex girlfriend who doesn't seem to care much about what is going on with you and your life, it surely doesn't have to be that way if you don't want it to be. You can't let your ex girlfriend wreck you.
If you do, then you probably have no chance in getting her back. If you do, then you probably don't have a chance of moving on with your life, either. It's not healthy to allow someone to have that much power over you. Even if you feel like she was the best thing that ever happened to you, you are going to have to find some way to resolve your emotions so that you don't end up being one of those guys who can't ever get over his ex girlfriend.
Truthfully, your ex girlfriend probably doesn't even want you to feel that way. She probably wishes you the best and hopes that you are able to move on with your life. No matter what, though, she can only wreck you if you let her. That means that the ball is in your court. You don't have to go on feeling like you are desperate to win her back. You can let go of that feeling if you want to. It may not happen all in one day. It may take some time. However, it's going to be the best thing that you can do for yourself.

Do you feel like it is going to be better for you to mope around and look like a guy who got his heart broken? Wouldn't she be much more attracted to you if you seemed to be doing just fine and you didn't look like you were totally devastated by the break up.
Being able to move on is not just going to make your life better and it's not just going to make you feel better, either. It's going to give you a much better chance at being able to win her back, because you are going to come across as if you are still a very attractive guy. That matters a whole lot and it is one of the main things that you need to do. As long as you come across like a very attractive guy in your ex girlfriend's opinion, you will have a chance to work things out with her.
